Exchanges Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn, and resalable condition, strictly including all original packaging and accessories (e.g., shoe box, dust bags, shoe horn, and eco-bag).

*We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if the product shows signs of wear or if the accompanying items are incomplete.

International Orders & Exchanges

No Refunds : All international orders are final and strictly non-refundable once dispatched.

International Exchanges : Size exchanges are permitted within 7 days of delivery. Items must remain in their original, unworn, and resalable condition, strictly including all original packaging and accessories (e.g., shoe box, dust bags, shoe horn, and eco-bag).

Shipping Fees & Customs Duties : For international size exchanges, the customer is fully responsible for all associated shipping costs, including return shipping to Thailand and the reshipping fee for the replacement pair. Any applicable local import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees shall also be borne entirely by the customer.
